ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการให้บริการ (Terms of Service)

ยินดีต้อนรับสู่เว็บไซต์ของ Solstice Home การเข้าใช้บริการและสั่งซื้อสินค้าผ่านเว็บไซต์นี้ ถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้:

1. ข้อมูลสินค้าและการแสดงผล (Product Information) เราพยายามอย่างเต็มที่ในการแสดงรายละเอียดและสีของสินค้าให้ตรงกับความเป็นจริงที่สุด อย่างไรก็ตาม สีของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ท่านเห็นอาจแตกต่างกันเล็กน้อยขึ้นอยู่กับการตั้งค่าหน้าจอของแต่ละอุปกรณ์ ทางบริษัทฯ ไม่สามารถรับประกันได้ว่าสีที่แสดงบนหน้าจอของท่านจะถูกต้องสมบูรณ์ 100%

2. การสั่งซื้อและการชำระเงิน (Orders & Payment)

  • บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ หากสินค้าหมดสต็อก หรือมีการแสดงราคาผิดพลาด

  • ราคาสินค้าทั้งหมดเป็นสกุลเงินบาท (THB) และอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

3. สินค้าสั่งตัดพิเศษ (Custom Made Products) สำหรับคำสั่งซื้อสินค้าประเภท Custom Made กรุณาตรวจสอบรายละเอียดขนาดและสีให้ถูกต้องก่อนยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ เนื่องจากสินค้าผลิตขึ้นเฉพาะบุคคล ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนเงิน เว้นแต่เป็นความผิดพลาดจากการผลิตของทางแบรนด์เท่านั้น

4. นโยบายการคืนสินค้า (Returns & Refunds) การคืนและเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้เป็นไปตาม "นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงิน" ที่ระบุไว้บนเว็บไซต์ (คืนได้ภายใน 15 วันสำหรับสินค้ามาตรฐานที่ยังไม่ผ่านการซัก)

5. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา (Intellectual Property) เนื้อหาทั้งหมดบนเว็บไซต์นี้ รวมถึงโลโก้ รูปภาพ กราฟิก และข้อความ ถือเป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของ Solstice Home ห้ามมิให้ทำซ้ำ ดัดแปลง หรือนำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

6. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ (Governing Law) ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับของกฎหมายราชอาณาจักรไทย

1. Product Accuracy We strive to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be completely accurate, as screen settings may vary.

2. Orders & Payment

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability or pricing errors.

  • All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Custom-Made Products For custom orders, please ensure all measurements and specifications are correct before confirming your purchase. As these items are tailored specifically for you, they are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Returns & Refunds All returns and exchanges are subject to our "Refund and Return Policy" (Example: Returns accepted within 15 days for unwashed standard items).

5. Intellectual Property All content on this site, including logos, images, designs, and text, is the property of Solstice Home. You may not reproduce, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
